RULES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
To ensure smooth delivery of all presentations, we kindly request you to observe the following guidelines:
- Please report to the Slide Center (located near the Main Hall) well in advance of your session to preview and upload your presentation.
- The optimal format for video projection is PowerPoint (PPT). Other formats are not supported.
- Presentations uploaded in the Slide Center will be automatically transmitted to the appropriate meeting room.
- A technician will be available in the Speakers’ Preview Room and individual session rooms for any assistance you may require.
- Please ensure your presentation fits within the allocated time and allows for audience questions. Moderators are instructed to conclude presentations that exceed the time limit.
- Be present in the session room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your session.
- Please note: Use of personal laptops during presentations is not permitted.
RULES FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
- Panel dimensions: 94.5 cm (width) × 119 cm (height)
- The title, author(s), and affiliation(s) must appear at the top of the poster.
- Posters must be printed before arrival; onsite printing is not available.
- Nearby printing shops are available outside the University, but allow extra time if you plan to print locally.
- Posters will be affixed to laminated panels using double-sided tape, which will be provided onsite.
Mounting and Removal Schedule
- The poster area is accessible from Tuesday, September 9 at 5:00 PM until Friday, September 12 at 12:00 PM (noon).
Session 1 – Wednesday, September 10
- Mounting: Tuesday, September 9 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM
- Removal: Wednesday, September 10 (before leaving the congress site)
Session 2 – Thursday, September 11
- Mounting: Thursday, September 11 from 8:30 AM
- Removal: Friday, September 12 by morning
- Posters should be displayed on the board number assigned in the Congress website or app.
- Mounting materials (e.g., double-sided tape) will be available at the registration desk.
During the Event
- Authors are expected to stand by their posters during lunches and coffee breaks to present and discuss their work with attendees.
- A poster competition will be organized. Presenters should expect a visit from the prize commission during the event.
