ISBM13 is collecting proposal for special sessions. If you are interest in presenting a proposal, please follow the guidelines.
- The special sessions should be organized considering the topics of the congress.
- The proposer will coordinate the session and has to fill in the special session form (see below)
- The coordinator is responsible for the session, including the scientific content of the speeches, the coordination of speakers, chairing the session at the congress and managing the Q&A.
- Proposals will be accepted until dec 31, 2024; acceptance will be communicated by jan 31, 2025
- Special session speakers must register to the congress and submit their abstracts using the regular abstract form, after the session has been accepted.
- The duration of the session will be 1.5 hour
- Each session will host 5- 6 speakers: each speaker has ≈12 min for presentation + 5 min for Q&A
